“The small studio space worked fine for two people. Might be a little tight for more. The heat is provided by an efficient electric fireplace (kept the room easily heated). Very basic kitchen supplies, but sufficient for a short stay. Convenient to the bus stop, gym, and a few restaurants. Check in instructions gave addresses, but it would have been great to give a building number since when you arrive in the parking lot the map just provides building numbers (e.,g, 1, 2, 3) and not the address……

“It looked exactly as pictured with a clean balcony—loved all the natural light. Our stay regarded the University of Utah which is only about a 15 minute drive away. We were near the little shopping plaza so our kids were able to enjoy the Children’s Museum and planetarium (FREE), along with a turf area for running around. We had our dog with us, so taking her down to pee/poop was close and we could see each other from the balcony. There are many restaurant choses in the plaza area previously……

“Great communication with host. Clean, comfortable and quiet spot. The two full size beds accomodated three of us well enough, and there is an air bed in LR closet if we had wanted more space. Large LR, good usable kitchen. Big bathroom with laundry right there.”
