“Excellent overall very kind personnel but not very well catered to foreign tourism as per language. But they all did their best and had translating gadgets to help out. Also the food was good but restaurant would close to early and not provide room service even though in the room they advertise it.”

“very new hotel, good service, spacious rooms and nice facility. located next to a park and has lots of parking. Very professional hotel staff. recommended for foreigners visiting Badaling Great Walls. only negative is that one of the roads to the hotel can be very congested during rush hour.”

“Check in was ok although a long line with only 2 ppl in front desk. It was prepaid w/double breakfast but the next day the breakfast site could not find my record so the bill was sent to my room. Later then I received a call from front desk to ask how to pay the room fee etc. I replied it was prepaid and then I sent my receipt to front desk, then front desk said they need to verify with if I need to pay or not with financial dept to check if they receive fund or not. No information was replied……

Host was timely and thorough in her communication, and even helped to arrange food delivery and transportation. Proximity to ski resort was excellent as well. Will definitely be back!”
