We typically sleep on a firm mattress and the one at the residence were firmer. Other than that...it was a great place. Great stay. Property manager was quick to respond which was perfect.”

The apartment had everything we needed as well. We were visiting for our Granddaughter's graduation from High Point University and were happy to have such a spacious comfortable place to lay our heads each night. Skip the small cramped, hotel room and stay here! The location is in a beautiful neighborhood and close to……

“The unit is immaculate and constructed very well. Attention to detail was definitely given to this place. The small kitchenette area was perfect---everything that you needed! Complimentary Keurig coffee, granola bars, and a few other items that made it welcoming! I will stay here again while in High Point! Way better than the hotels that are at the same price of even more during events.”

“I stayed with my son at this property for a week while he swam at the Nationals Swim Meet at the Greensboro swim coliseum. The property was perfect for us--a 10 minute drive from the venue, but in an established, safe neighborhood surrounded by beautiful trees and plentiful walking paths. It is walkable to great local restaurants and coffee shops, and a short drive to great shopping, dining, grocery stores (Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, etc.). Highly recommend. We'll definitely be back!!”
