“It is a very nice hotel with beautiful old-country decorations. It’s NY, so I totally understand, but my room was very small. I’m from Japan that I’m used to small rooms, but American people would be surprised to see how small it is. Breakfast was part of the stay and I enjoyed it very much!! The location is superb! ”

“It is a beautiful old hotel. It is updated but still retains much of its original charm. It has a lovely lounge and restaurant. There are many details of its hundred-year-old history to soak in. The staff was great. I will certainly stay again.”

“Noise of the downstairs bar every day. And! It's super noisy in the morning. The upstairs renovations start at 8:00 every morning, and I'm going to be insane! Why you let people come to live in if are renovating? Going crazy right now, so noisy.”

“No elevator, but staffs are very friendly and can help with the luggages (free). The rooms are randomly assigned. Rooms near the street are still a bit noisy.”
