Property had a lot of potential to wow you from beginning to end but came up well short on a luxury stay. The pools close early and the property doesn't accommodate vacation hours type pool access. Closing the pool at 6pm when people are on vacation is insane. The property must have a mice problem because their are several cats on th property that the workers are very familiar with. Service was lacking if you were of any ethnicity other than of euro/caucasian decent. Didnt start to get basic service until servants knew my group tipped. The room was really nice and had great amenities. The bed i stayed in had a serious dip in the middle. The bellman took over an hour several times to retrieve my personal vehicle so i stopped valeting my car. I tipped well and every time and never felt that I received great customer service. Best restaurant was the seafood one and the main buffet one.

The majority of the staff was very nice and accommodating. Tyran and Mark Daniel were exceptional with exhibitions of outstanding customer service: The rooms were nice and room service was an added benefit. The food selection was great. The check out check in process was fairly smooth. But, releasing the hold on credit cards afterwards can be quicker . I am still waiting a week later. The pool party and the ocean view was amazing. The fact that they incorporated Mothers Day into the celebration was amazing. I enjoyed myself and would stay here again. One final thing though the night shows need to be more diverse and inclusive and not catered specifically to one genre. St. Lucia is beautiful and I would return and stay at this property.

A very well planned property , there was no need to make reservations at the restaurants, fish was fresh and the food tasted good . They need to work on their desserts.

The layout of the property is great however the room service takes too long. There was a leak in the bathroom. (3301) I requested an iron even when I had the steamer but still it took 24hours to get it delivered. Our housekeeper was great though and restaurant staff.

The property is beautiful but my experience as a royalton guest was probably the worse out of all the royaltons I stayed at . And i been to all royalton resorts besides Cuba. No attention to detail when it comes to guest- no welcome no anything wasent even told my room number after paying or given a pamphlet about layout of the property . Had to request this . My room wasent cleaned prior to my arrival took hours to clean it to standard . staff very unwelcoming besides a select few.
