“Just your typical hotel. Clean, great breakfast, courteous breakfast staff. Pool was great Gave four stars as the sofa bed is like sleeping on springs, one of the queen beds requires a mattress change, my children indicated the bed was horrible and usually they sleep like logs anywhere they fall asleep ”

“Locate right next to University of Guelph and many shops/restaurants within walking distance. Hotel itself is kind of outdated, but the staffs are great and are trying their best to accommodate guests. Overall I think the hotel is sufficient and clean. Great stay I must say and would stay there again the next time I go to Guelph.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed my stay housekeeping was nice and the front desk workers were great also. Just wish there was more variety of breakfast options. ”
