Welcome to Baby Blue beach house! With three stories of relaxing southern charm, wrap-around porches, and steps away from the Gulf with its white sand and emerald waters, you will love your stay at Baby Blue. Located in the quaint Village of Tannin, in the heart of Orange Beach and a short 5 minute walk to deeded beach access. The open-style floor plan provides plenty of space for your family and friends to relax and the spacious porches are ideal for lounging. There is a large heated pool in the community and the beautiful Gulf State Park trails are directly connected to the neighborhood with over 15 miles of trails to explore. Take a stroll to Pete’s Ice Cream & Donuts or the bike rental shop located in the community or visit Southern Grind Coffee and Ron Jon right down the street.

Bedroom 1 (Main Level) – Primary bedroom with king bed, bathroom with spacious walk-in shower, SmartTV, deck access and lagoon views.

Bedroom 2 (Main Level)– Queen bed with ensuite full bathroom and SmartTV.

Bedroom 3 (Second Level) – The ideal “sleepover” room featuring an open-air loft with cozy triple bunks, sleeping 3, and full bathroom.

Crow’s Nest (Third Level - Twin bed and has 360 views of the gulf, state park and lakes.

OUTDOORS

Baby Blue features a spacious covered front porch perfect for sipping your morning coffee and the back deck is ideal for watching the sunset over the lagoon. It's a real treat to enjoy the outdoor shower.

The “spun sugar” white sand beaches of the Gulf are the kind of beaches memories are made of, and are a short stroll from Baby Blue, and are safely accessible for all with a crosswalk with signal and make getting to the beach easy!

CANCELLATION: If we receive cancellation 30-days or more prior to your arrival date, monies paid in will be refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Admin Fee and credit card processing fee are nonrefundable. If cancellation is received within 30-days of your arrival, you will forfeit all monies paid in except for the cleaning fee. Because we have no control over building/property repair, remodeling work possibly occurring on adjacent or nearby properties, elevator or power outages, and pool closures, no refunds will be given due to said occurrences.

REFUNDS: No refunds will be given for early departures unless a mandatory hurricane evacuation has been issued by local authorities, in which case we will refund any unused portion of rent.

MINIMUM AGE: Person signing rental agreement must be at least 25 years old, is responsible for the unit and for the actions of all occupants and visitors, and must stay in the unit as an occupant during the entire reservation.

*After booking, you will receive our rental agreement via text message (please allow at least 30 minutes to receive the rental agreement). Your reservation is not confirmed until you complete the rental agreement.
*Every reservation includes a 3% processing fee.
