“Friendliness of staff and price”

“What a cute little apartment! We very much enjoyed our two-night stay here. Everywhere you look there is attention to detail and beauty. Biggest ding is it's a tight squeeze around the bed. Our hostess, Michelle was very responsive when we needed help getting the heat turned on. We enjoyed Willie & Red's, The Dairy, Abbott's Candies, and the Wilbur Wright birthplace while we were here, and we'd be happy to stay here again.”

“Cute property. Enjoyed our time in Indiana. Maybe needs new mattresses. I have never stayed in a vrbo so wasn't sure if i needed to wash towels or sheets. 🤔 When i booked the place it said we would receive email from Host of instructions, we never received an email. Overall, nice older home.”

“This is a lovely, comfortable, quiet loft with a garage, so you can pull inside to unload if the weather is bad! Nicely appointed with all the things you could need and a wonderful view!”

“The property was not in a nice area. There were cockroaches at the property, it was not very clean. The towels, linens and kitchen towels were all dirty as was the coffee pot. It was extremely small, especially the bathroom. The door code stopped working which meant that we were locked out of the property for quite a while. Neither the AC nor the toilet worked well, the blinds would not close all the way so people could see straight in to the unit. The only reason we finished our stay was……

“The hosts thought of everything to make this place special … bottled water, hand towels and slippers, tea and oatmeal, festive decorations everywhere, spices and kitchen extras, and sweet little homey touches throughout. The host was exceptionally kind. We will definitely seek his properties out for future stays to visit family!”

“We were very well-taken care of and happy in the condo. Couldn’t have been better. Rod really made it a point to make it easy for us to get there and to park - he even blocked off the parking lot because there was an event in town and he wanted to make sure we weren’t without a spot! What a star. The condo is very well-appointed and cozy and a quick walk to plenty of cool shops and restaurants. Thanks Rod”
