“We stayed at Vintage Roost for the Eclipse. It was myself and 4 other adults. This location was perfect for us. The renovation done by J&J is wonderful. It is a very clean and beautiful space. The house was equipped with almost anything you would need for a short stay. The house is walkable to local stores, bars, restaurants and within a very quick drive to many more including some great wineries. There house was equipped with games to play and a large enough table for all of us. There is only……

“This property suited our needs well because of its flexibility - bedroom arrangements plus bunkie provided perfect options for various come-and-go family configurations. The open-concept cottage was bright and spotless, and offered all amenities to make our stay relaxing. The beach is narrow and shoreline stoney for a few feet, but that didn't deter the cousins and young adults from spending hours in the water with the "pad" provided by M&M Retreat. Then they "mined" clay from the lake bottom……

“The property is beautifully remodeled, with a well appointed kitchen. (We brought coffee beans and were pleased to find a grinder.) The beds are new and very comfortable. Sound readily passes between the main house and basement unit. However, all was quiet as expected after 9:00pm. A wonderful retreat for visiting Toronto or Niagara Falls. “This cottage was the perfect vacation spot! There was never a dull moment- from kayaking to enjoying the private beach, the hot tub and bbq :) It really was a great place to stay & I would return! Only downside was the broken picnik table at the beach and the stairs could use some work towards the bottom to get to the beach, and spare keys to get into the bedroom if you have a toddler who likes to lock doors lol. Overall great stay.”

“I LOVE staying at these places! They are amazing for traveljng w a baby/toddler...I can put him to bed and go to the other room to watch TV without waking him. Love the kitchen area too. This particular location I wish had more within walking distance in terms of food/coffee but lots just a short drive away. My only complaint (and for the pri e I dont expect it to be perfect!) is that it took forever for the hot water to come for a hot shower.”
