“Perfect location, walk out to the beach. Building was noisy on the weekend when other units were rented. Some of the furniture (outside) and utensils was needing repair/replacement. Amenities says kayak/canoe - reached out to owner to determine if this was the rental across the street but they never replied. Lots (too many) automated emails upon booking, but owner did not respond to my emails.”

“This property exudes charm and character and it is so spacious! It was also very clean and we appreciated being able to park behind the house since we had a car full of stuff as we were stopping in Wilmington on our way further south. We loved that it was just a short walk to the River Walk where you can find a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The neighborhood is full of gorgeous, older homes with some spectacular gardens. It was a joy to walk around and explore. We look forward to……

“We stayed one night at Dina’s private room. Communication was excellent. The room was perfect for me and my daughter. There is beach items, coloring books, magazines, lots of “extras”. It felt very homey.”

The beds slept so well and the living room furniture was so comfortable for lounging in the evenings! We will stay again as we visit family in the area often.”

The only thing negative is an extra roll of toilet paper would have been nice has to go out and buy some on the first night. Night lights in the bathrooms would have also been nice. But all in all, a great house with all of your needs met. Sliding glass door did not lock.”

“It's a convenient location in a quiet area. Able to walk to restaurants and grocery stores. Nice to be able to cook a meal rather than go out. Unfortunately, there was no ice in the ice maker, and the cutting boards are not meant to be used for food prep as they are not sealed. ”
