員工非常有禮貌，訂酒店時忘記記錄包早餐的資料，但酒店非常有心,照樣提供5天早餐給我們，沒有斤斤計較....
又會主動幫你推行李，也會介紹那處裡有地道杭州菜用歺地點給我們選擇⋯
什麼都齊全，下次去杭州一定會再入住。
