Bed was comfortable and clean. There are shared bathrooms and kitchen. The guest house is conveniently located in Koreatown and close to the freeway (if you drive; plus you can pay for gated parking for $5/night or street park for free) and close to bus stop. "What a wonderful property!!! Tucked away in Beth and Milo's backyard, next to the pool and spa, this is a comfortable, quiet little oasis. If you enjoy meeting property hosts, you will really enjoy staying here. Milo was the host with the most! He gave us amazing recommendations for food close by, prepared the spa for us and sent us on our way with fresh-picked oranges. A very memorable experience indeed!"

Would book again. note about room 5. Crack under door. Cover with towel to keep adjusted temperature to comfortable level. AC does not turn off from buttons. Use the buttons on the plug to turn off. "We had a fantastic stay at Casita Gundry! Check in was so easy and we were exhausted after a late flight in from the east coast. Imagine our delight when we woke up the next morning to eggs and incredible pastries waiting for us in the fridge. It was such a blessing to take breakfast off our plate...or put it on rather. LOL Plus the home was just 3 mins from our family we were there to visit - we will absolutely be back!"

"The property owner doesn’t miss a single thing! Having everything a beachside rental should have, and all in good condition, makes the day fun. A gorgeous walk street and a perfect parking spot in the back. Two blocks to the beach and boardwalk, two-three blocks to just about everywhere. The rental is charming and 100% recommended."
