We were booked a hotel that doesn't exist anymore.
This was a less than ideal stay. Upon arrival, we found that the hotel booked did not exist. Instead we checked into the hotel that was under a different name, and under major renovations. Hotels.com customer service was contacted and chose NOT to resolve the issues. They have since resolved them.

This hotel was completely closed down and under construction! Garbage inside outside beds stacked high tubs across side walk ! Yet they continue to book rooms the phone line is eternally on busy signal ! Do not book this hotel !
