“This hotel is exactly as it is online..beautiful. The check in staff could not be more helpful. But If including breakfast, be prepared to wait and not necessarily welcomed or helped!! Gym facilities great and very clean. Would go back in a heartbeat. ”

“Transportation to the airport was a game changer! The driver Craig was a super nice and friendly guy. We were able to drop our rental car and get picked up by the shuttle and take it back to the hotel for the night which is really great tourist. The driver the night before was really nice as well but I forget his name. We will definitely use this hotel on our next visit to Scotland, an amazing and beautiful country.”

“Our first post lockdown trip within the country. We accidentally booked the accessible room. Staff was very helpful and changed to another normal room for our 4 night stay. “This is a nice hotel overall. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. There was no desk, microwave, or a true refrigerator. There was plenty of hot water. Our biggest complaint was our room was hot and there is no air conditioning. We did open the windows and that help some. The restaurant and bar have the same menu. There are not a lot of selections and there are no other restaurants nearby. ”

“The overall experinence is not up to expectation. An antique hotel with no airconditioning. All facilities are old even the readers of the card operating lifts are not working at all times. This hotel needs refurbishment or reconstruction to reach the required standard!”
