“Super clean and well-kept 1-bedroom condo in Avon that is ideal for a couple! It is on the sound side so the sunsets are incredible and the gorgeous ocean beaches are close and simple to access. The owner, Mike is quick to respond to any communication. He provides clear directions that make driving to and accessing the condo a snap! The location is superb--close to Food Lion, restaurants, and ice cream shops. We would love to stay here again--it was just perfect!”

Property owners alerted us to some possible flooding since we were there during tropical storm Ophelia, which did happen but was not a problem as we followed their directions for where to park. “We arrived to find the elevator wasn't working. We can't do steps and were unable to bring our luggage to our 3rd floor rental. We had to give up our rental and with the help of a Vacassa individual able to find another rental nearby.”

“Very well equipped condo just steps to the beach and pier. Lots of shops, restaurants and grocery store close. The condo was accurately represented in the pictures and description. Quiet area great for families. I would not hesitate to book again or recommend. As others have stated there are numerous stairs to reach the unit which wasn't a problem for us but should be noted. However, this is common for a beachfront property.”
