“The front deck had a few loose or damaged boards but other then that the stay was impeccable and love coming back each time keep up the great work. ”

“The circuit breaker tripped about 6 times during our stay. This was due to an old noisy and I believe unsafe A/C. Even the hot water system, we were warned, might trip the circuit breaker. Can this be safe? Other rooms had no A/C at all. The only parking is via a very steep and curved driveway. We did not enjoy our visit and left a day early. A significant maintenance overhaul is required.”

“It was a great place to spend Christmas. close proximity to parks and water. Great Pizza place and fish and chips. so enjoyed staying there.”

“We loved many things about our stay, but some things need to be noted given the premium price: 1. The showers have a hose, you need to hold with your hand, so showing is difficult. With that, one of the showers only produced cold water so for 6 people we were a little confined. I saw many comments years ago about this very issue, shame they haven’t installed shower heads as that’s a cheap fix. 2. The property is near a bush and we did see mice and many creatures running through the kitchen even……

“We stayed as an extended family for a 70th Birthday and we were not disappointed! Ages ranging from 3 years old to 70 years old, the house was perfectly set up to cater for us all. In a great location, the home was just right for 12 of us - the bedrooms were very generous in sizing, and the kitchen and living spaces more than enough. Air Conditioning made our stay very comfortable. The outdoor area is where this house really shines - we spent majority of our time outside. Swimming in the pool,……

“The property is fairly new and has a lovley view, being high up in the top of a hill. Location is good with short drives to most attractions and shops in and around Port Stephens. It was sufficient bedding for all of us (10 adults). Rooms downstairs are rather small and no air condition, only fans, but the cord was too short to use with the only power point behind the bed in the room with 2 single beds, an extension cord would have been helpful. There were no tea pot or strainer for tea, but……

“The accommodation was perfect. It has 2 good sized bedromms, kitchen and living area. The bathroom was a suprise, its a really good size, really well set out and up-to-date. The interior styling was really nice, very modern and comfortable. The yard was fantastic for our 2 small dogs, and its located a few minutes from the town centre. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.”
