“My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this rental about a dozen times over the course of 6 months. Every stay was great! The house was clean and well thought out for guests. It was stocked with snacks and basic groceries, and extra toiletries in case you forget something. They even have a small collection of toys that my kids loved to play with on every stay. Sherry and Mike work on site and are extremely responsive and helpful for any questions that we had. We have stayed at almost……

“The home was very inviting….from the musical instruments to the jacuzzi tub! The neighbors were hospitable and the park across the street was great for playing football and soccer with our grandchildren. Our host was gracious and quickly reminded when needed. The cottage would be great to stay on a rainy day!”

“Overall, the house and location were good. The kitchen could use additional cooking items. There weren’t any mixing bowls or a spaghetti lifter. Also, the house rules instructed us to only use pool towels at the pool, however, there were only 2 towels for a 6 person house.”

We truly appreciated the ability to bring our dog. It’s a great house and had a great yard. We would use it again if we returned.”

“We thought the property was great! Very accommodating inside and out, with about everything you'd ever need. Everything was laid out nicely with a welcome book and general instruction. The owners also made themselves available for questions, which is very much appreciated. If you get the chance, stop my the neighbors with the red "cabin". He's a hoot!”

“Very nice, clean good location. The only surprise was the kitchenette. It’s not really meant for cooking but fine for barbecuing. I didn’t realize there’s no stove top or oven! There is a fridge, microwave and laundry. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.”

“My sister and I had a really nice time staying here in this shabby chic unit. Everywhere we looked there was something new to see. We loved the repurposed items..such clever uses. Everything was neat, fresh smelling and clean. The residential neighborhood is located in an area where taking a morning run or walk is safe with minimal traffic. We would gladly stay here for another visit with family who live in Wichita Falls.”

“The property was really clean and centrally located. It is an older home in an older neighborhood. The ac/heater, internet, water pressure and temperature were great. Did not use the kitchen. We fit 2 trucks and a medium size suv in the driveway. Would not recommend parking on the street. Too narrow and by a curve. Back yard is fenced (part privacy, rest chainlink) definitely kept our dog in. The cons were the grass needed mowed as it was tall for our dog and we had trouble with the key pad. The……
