Location on the beach, two buildings with multiple bedrooms, common gathering areas and pool made this vacation a huge success for my six buddies and me. The location was very close to the adult activity, casino, stores and restaurants. Special thanks to the property staff. They worked hard and always seemed to have a smile and positive attitude.”

“My two friends and I shared a ‘family condo’ unit right on the beach, near delicious restaurants like Vista Hermosa (meat, fish, and vegan options). It was beautiful, spacious, sleepy, and quiet. The kitchen, 2 bedrooms and living room were large. The pool was warm and much larger than most hotel pools. Although the unit needed some minor repairs, it was impeccably clean. The only downside in our opinion was that it did not include the breakfast promised on the listing. We loved our stay and……

“August 2023-We recently stayed at Jessica & Spencer's home in Jaco and had an absolutely AMAZING time! The house is built into Miro Mountain and is extremely clean, modern and up to date! We loved using the golf cart to run into town for groceries or to bring our beach stuff down to the beach. There were 12 of us staying at the home and we had plenty of space and bathrooms/showers. Jessica and Spencer were extremely responsive and helpful with arranging adventures for our large group-from zip……

“Beautiful home with an incredible view. Beds, Furniture, and Appliances are very dated giving a deteriorating/unmaintained appearance. No dishwasher, no ice maker, and no disposal. No hot water day one; however, the property manager sent someone to turn on breaker immediately after I contacted her the next day. The outdoor infinity pool is awesome. I would definitely stay at this home again, just suggesting it may be time to upgrade items inside.”

“We had a great time at Villa Helena Hermosa. Gabriel was most helpful and it met all our expectations. We did not have a vehicle, so there was some difficulty in getting to the beach. We had to wait for taxis. But if you just want a place to hang out it is great. We all enjoyed the pool very much. It was easy to have groceries pre-stocked and/or delivered while we were there. We ordered pizza delivery and there was a mini market just a 15 minute walk away. There were always iguanas sunning……

“Pros: Kind, responsive property managers, close to beach and local food nearby. Cons: Roaches. I was beyond mortified to have had my leftovers in a to-go box in the refrigerator and upon opening to Re-heat a cockroach about 1 1/2 - 2 inches long scurried out!!! Everything we had, that we’d opened we threw out. Upon leaving the room, at about 3:45a we were packing and cleaning our dishes and saw again baby roaches rushing to hide into the walls which confirmed there are roaches in the unit.……

“My family and my sister's family spent the week at this idyllic spot! Chris and Juan made sure that our stay was fantastic. Chris helped us book excursions and hooked us up with a chef for multiple meals. One week was not enough to visit all the sites in the country. The home was so beautiful we could have spent the week at the house around the pool and property. A short walk up the road and we visited with the capuchin monkeys as they returned home for the night. There was a pair of toucans……
