“The reason for our stay was to get out of the heat in Florida! We used to have a place at Higgins Lake until 3 years ago. We always enjoyed it here. It's a different pace of life compared to downstate and Florida. More relaxing. We miss that. We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. They made sure it was equipped with everything you would need. Very clean and neat. It definitely gives you that "Up North" feel.”

“Communication with owner and the lady who's the manages the rentals was fantastic. They were considerate but couldn't help out since the whole place was booked that day. It emptied out the following day and we didn't get offered a better spot. According to Vrbo we thought we rented the one 20 steps off the water because of medical reasons and ended up 150 steps off the water with a small concrete slab and a gravel parking lot outside our door. No place for 2 adults, one with a knee problem and……

“Came here with my wife, 4 kids ages 2-11 and my dogs. This place was perfect for us. It has a great back yard that all the kids loved. Inside was nice and clean and had all the amenities we needed. Lots of toys for my little ones. Overall great stay!! Not far from the lake at all.”
