“Room was clean, everything in good working order. Convenient to Delaware Water Gap and outdoor activities. We would stay there again! Make sure to try the diner next door for breakfast.”

“The owners are great. The room was decorated, really nice, cozy Bed was comfortable, there was a full fridge, totally unexpected. There was even a phone charger. Coffee machine. Big tv. The bathroom was nice and clean it. Just needed a better shower head other than that. I would definitely stay there again.”

“Had to wait for someone to ckme to office at 6 pm. Overall check in was ok. Quiet nigjt not best motel around,but only one i stay at when i come here. The people who run it make it nice to stay.”

“Room was as expected. Manager/owner was very friendly. Only issue was that manager said they are not working with Hotels.com anymore fir 8 months. My reservation should have been canceled but was not. Luckily he had a room given event near by. But others from event with Hotels.com reservations were turned away. ”

“My family was down for the Spartan race weekend. The property is in a perfect location for proximity to the mountain, as well as Beaches and playgrounds for the kids. It comfortably fit four adults and two kids, and the fenced yard was great for the dog. Michael is a thoughtful and responsive owner, and we are looking forward to staying again next time we are down.”

“This sweet house is perfect! Great yard with a fire pit and fenced in for dogs Very clean and well appointed. Quiet neighborhood with walkable streets down to the lake. I look forward to staying again”

“The actual room was excellent, compfy bed. Shower door was hard to open. No handle on the outside. Loud cars going through the neighborhood and my room was up 3 flights of stairs. ”
