“Property was as advertised. Other than a very minor issue with access on arrival, the stay was great. While the weather was blustery and cold, the house remained very warm and cozy.”

“Outstanding location and view. Good for family gathering. Just be prepared for bugs(spiders, mosquitos,). Also one of the bedrooms must be accessed thru the master suite( can be awkward if not family) nice yard for kids.”

“Cozy, clean and well located, short walk to Charlotte Lake Ontario Park. Great area for dog walking with views of lake. Rental was on second floor. Windows on three sides made it very bright. Small but layout and furnishing were attractive and well thought out. Generous sized kitchen. Helpful but unobtrusive host. I'm looking forward to staying again.”

“If you are traveling with pets this is the place to stay! Nice, fully fenced, small yard. The place was casual and comfortable for the two of us. Check in and out was a breeze. Had all the comforts of home. Would def stay again.”

The host thought of everything needed for a family stay, from toys for tots to coffee and quiet spaces for adults who want to enjoy a bit of r and r by the water with a good book. The morning sun light bouncing off the water no more than a few feet from the large bay windows makes for a storybook view with one of the most picturesque live canvas we've had the pleasure to enjoy. “Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house.”

“My family and I stayed her while in town for my son's graduation from RIT. When I pulled into the driveway, there were three large trash cans at the curb. Two were laying on the ground with trash scattered all over the lawn, curb and driveway. It wasn't the best impression. I reached out to the owner (or manager) and she responded very quickly and apologized and said she would call the garbage company to pick them up. The next morning the garbage truck came by but only picked up the can that was……

“Great place to view the Lake and relax after business trips to Rochester. Cottage was large enough for work and play at the same time, so everyone was happy. Well stocked, everything we needed to enjoy our trip. Comfortable beds and furniture, space to spread out so everyone could relax. We looked at many properties in this area before setting on this cottage, we definitely made the right decision!”

“This property is super charming, and the listing is exact. Although the surrounding area may seem sketchy, it truly isn't. This apartment is located in a historical front of Rochester where multicultural elements are presented. The area is extremely quiet to be so close to the downtown area and Nick Tahou Hots is literally within walking distance. Rochester garbage plates, yum yum! The master room has a super firm, but comfortable mattress with a white noise speaker available to help ease you……
