We check in and pool is closed for the weather.. understandable.. but then get into our room and the volume didn't work on the tv at all.. told at the front desk that it is an ongoing issue.. huge inconvenience with 2 kids not having the tv work and was damn near ready to ask for a refund and leave but didn't have the extra money to go to a different hotel and wait who knows how long for a refund. Very disappointing

Back/side door doesn't lock, not very safe for guests! Toodlers and children were in the jacuzzi unattended! Huge liability issues!

Thank your feed back to better service our guests. I will have our team look into the doors. As for the kid in the hot tub if they our under the age of 12 we do remove them.
