Host was fantastic and did her very best to help us with every query. So easy to get to shops and into central Prague. A lovely relaxing two week family holiday in the country. A wonderful place to stay.”

“We contacted the host the day before we arrived to get check-in instructions and he denied we had a booking, even though we paid months earlier and had a receipt and booking confirmation. Our family of six was left rushing to find alternative accommodation at the last minute and are still waiting for a refund. Not happy.”

Für Kinder war Sauna und Becken jeden Abend ein Erlebnis, wir haben gegrillt, gespielt, - das Haus ist auch für 8 Personen sehr groß! Alle Küchenutensilien waren da, sogar zwei Kaffemaschinen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht weit entfernt - bis 30-40 km Autofahrt konnten wir Zoo, Schwimmanlagen, HIstorische Innenstädte erreichen. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.”

“We stayed at Hotel Podhrad to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel is on th the expensive side, but in line with the surrounding options. The parking areas available are scattered around, so be prepared to walk a bit in case the adjacent parking spots are taken. The included breakfast was okay, but a bit lacking compared to other hotels we've been to in the Czech Republic. The rooms are okay in general: - There is no air conditioning. - The water temperature in the shower seems to fluctuate and……
