Bad stay experience

A badly maintained hotel and you can tell from the facilities, room and even the swimming pool towel they are providing.
The first room provided to me is so bad in terms of layout with toilet so close to the bed and the condition (showering part is full of rusted and dirt); it’s my first time in life to ask for room change. Staff, however, is good and friendly to change it for me.
Overall, it’s not up to a 5 stars hotel standard but only met the 5 stars classification requirement.
The lobby is small and not comfy design; swimming pool and room is not well maintained; Breakfast is lack of varieties and in low standard compared with other 5 stars only I stayed in HCM before.

房間有點少但新淨，夜上找地方飲嘢和肖夜很方便。check out 后有東西忘記了也幫助保管，下次到胡志明市的話會想再入住。
