“这里靠近公路，比较容易找，位置在开发区内，晚上安静。因为是品牌酒店，所以提供基本的服务。很多英国小酒店是家庭式的，楼梯狭窄，没有电梯。相比较，还是这种品牌酒店更方便，尤其是你带着很重的行李时，有电梯简直是天大的好处。当然酒店房间千篇一律，不如老式楼房有情调。看你的需要。”

“The hotel location is good and walking distance from shopping center. Restaurant staff, including Hellen and Luizer are very helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. But the hotel is little bit old and not clean. I stayed 9 nights and will consider to live here again next time.”

“Our room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking. Good breakfast. Value for money. Staff were fine. I would book this hotel again. The hotel currently appears to be undergoing some refurbishment. I found it difficult to get the water warm enough for a shower. A kettle to make some coffee in the room would have been nice.”

“Check in and out very good...room was very noisy over the bar and street traffic was loud but after midnight all quiey and a good sleep..the carpet in our room looked tired and the shower tiles also shabby. Tv was very small for the size of the room Great discount on food and drinks and an ideal location...”

“3rd time me and my 12 year old daughter have stayed. We love it. So family friendly. Great staff. Pool is great and breakfast delicious. Added bonus of the gate out the back of the hotel, to get straight on to Telford town park.Already planning our next stay.”

“Reception Staff Caitlin was extremely help full. The room assigned to us was up 2 flights of stairs. This was not acceptable as we have a dog who needs have a walk at night. To ensure no mess in room. Caitlin found a ground floor room which was great. Cheryl the staff manager was very helpful when we went for breakfast. The hotel is a golf club excellent accommodation and very quite. Nearby there are some follies which I highly recommend for a visit.”

“A modern and comfortable hotel with a lovely breakfast included in the price. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring Telford and is set in lovely grounds. I haven’t rated it 5*s as the check in was slow due to there only being on member of staff on at reception, the pool being cold and us not getting bottles of water in our room for the first night but getting them for the second. ”

“The hotel was welcoming , lovely location backing on to the river. We had booked a meal in the evening, restaurant manager was excellent at his job and meal lovely. Breakfast good, not a lot of choice. And had to go and ask for side plates for toast (my preference)but very accommodating. Will definitely stay again ”

“Warm & welcoming staff, room adequate for one noght stay, cleaning detail missing, bits on floor , dust on bed trim, rug a bit tired, building is beautiful staff very accomdating lovely breakfast! ”

“A little remote, but in a nice environment. Nice and cosy, and run by a old couple. The only drawback for an overall top marks is because of the shower, although it is newly installed, it is difficult to operate and the water pressure is somewhat too low to have a nice shower. The worst part is the wall inside the shower cubicle is dirty but consider the old couple are working hard to run the hotel and also the nice letters restaurants, so it is not a complaint, just would like to point it……

“Fab overnight stay during the half term. Only reason i knocked a point off was the lack of natural light but I liked everything else about the hotel. Staff were great, the food really good and easy walk to all local attractions. Would definitely recommend.”
