parking issues

We did not park at the 3rd night, but the staff insist on charging of the day. We just came back all the way from Big Island, and we didn't even rent a car, However we still had to pay it because of 7 days of parking fees had been charged in advance. Smells of the carpet could be improved

saw a couple roaches and for 2 days waited for room service before asking to borrow a vacuum for myself to tidy up which i don’t mind. the towels smell amazing like lemons and the staff are very friendly. i’d stay there again if they got new mattresses cuz ours were very sunk in the middle.

Value for the location and all suites have a lanai down is great. Rooms are a little dated and could use a little more TLC and maintenance as well as updates. But then the prices will need to increase so it’s a trade off. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
