“Staff at RIU is amazing, they provide excellent service. Location is great with beautiful beach 🏝️. Property is well maintained. Food is great. Spa and wellness, very good. The only thing where I would like to see some improvements are rooms that can use some updates, bed mattresses are slightly too firm for my preference. Overall I would recommend this property to my friends and family.”

“Es importante remodelación de las habitaciones, la bañera debe ser cambiada, al igual que las camas, almohadas y sábanas necesitan modernizarse. Se que estan en esas, espero que la próxima vez que los visite tenga una mejor habitación. El personal es muy amable y servicial. El lobby bar es atendido por personal muy profesional. Juny, Alba y demás son excelentes.”

“Pros: The private pool and bar were exceptional. Beautiful, clean, friendly. The staff are all wonderful and helpful. Reception was excellent. Great drinks!! Everyone was sooooo nice and friendly. Cons: The beach is covered in seaweed, as is the water. So much so that we could not enter the ocean. The view is lovely, but it is not a “beach vacation.” The other not great issue is the food. Just not very good. ”
