"Pros: Front desk staff was very efficient, accommodating, and friendly. Breakfast had a lot of great options even though it was vegetarian. Location is very convenient and walkable to lots of shops/restaurants. We were in family room with 3 beds which was very nice option. Room felt old but rate was very good. "I had a great stay in the hotel. Location is quite centralized and walking distance to the night market. Room is great and clean. The only issue I've is the lack of beverages in the room. I've to get the tea and coffee sachets from the lounge in basement, after asking the staff; I wasn't told that beverages could be obtained from the basement. Will be good if beverage sachets be provided in the room instead."

"This is my 2nd times staying in Hoya Hualien. The hotel is clean and the family room is good size for family of 3. The only downsize is the breakfast, not much variety.
