This was our 3rd time in this property and we absolutely love it . Clean , safe , great restaurants and pools are awesome

We stayed at the hotel with our two granddaughters. We had a Suite room, plenty of room for 4 of us. The beds and pillows were really comfy. We were at the pool all day. They had two waterslides. The kids had so much fun. We loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I do not like the resort fees when you aren't utilizing the space as a resort. I did not use the pool or spa. The room entertainment, DirectTV was horrible. Cheaper hotels have smart tvs where you can get Netflix. The HBO channel showed one thing in the Guide and when the movie played it was something totally different, one movie was in a foreign language, no captions. They give discounts to offset the resort fees, to the restaurant (comes in handy), to the spa which I did not use, the cabana and beach butler service, which I was not using, nor the bicycles. The discounts could go to a free movie in the room or discount on the valet parking. Waste of money I think, but was required. Let me pay ala cart for services instead of charging me for something I don't use. Or the 2 free bottles of water, could be exchanged for $8 bottles they had in the room.
