"My family and I spend 2 nights on suites same price BUT very different in everything...one was on 9 floor and the other 3 floor, both in corners so means bigger suites i guess...oh well in 3 floor, the housekeeper fixed beds, trash out, took the dirty towels but did not leave us clean, no hand soap ..."

May 4, 2020We asked for late checkout, due to conference calls all morning! housekeeping knocked on the door and tried to come in! Even with the do not disturb hanging on the door!!! So I had to stop my conference. Why is it so hard for staff to Communicate.
