I didn't like it very much because they introduced a new policy that even if you are staying at the hotel, you must pay an extra fee to use the pools. This is absurd... This didn't exist in the past. In addition to the room, I had to pay 4 more tickets of $50/each for my family.

We understand your concerns and appreciate your patience as we transition under the new ownership. We have found that not all overnight guests utilize the waterpark. To create more flexibility for all of our guests, we have created a waterpark package that includes 4 park passes, and other packages that exclude the passes. Absolutely not worth the money. They only have 4 slides and you have to be over 48 inches, even though 2 of their slides are extremely small. The hot tub is warm at best and if a kid goes near it they blow the whistle. Definitely will not go back. Do not waste your money.

Room door sticking and difficult to close from outside of room. Lack of info: Climate control use/settings Not enough places to dry swimsuits Better information about pool/restaurant Need menus in room Post hours of gazebo cafe Water pressure in bedroom shower, poor No pen/paper in room No choice of inside or outside view at check-in Online check in did not transfer to hotel front desk
