“Quiet, well located ”

“The rooms are dated but the staff and rooms were great. We were hiking and had early morning but never had a proboem with noise. Clear Creek running along the back was amazing. We left the rear sliding door open whenever we were there. It was extremely relaxing. Beds were comfortable. Had an issue with fridge working but they came within 2min of calling the office to fix it. We hope to be back again!!”

“This motel was exactly what you paid for. The young woman who works long hours at the front desk was so nice and helpful. She made the check in process smooth. There were two zipties still attached to either side of a clothing rack in the wardrobe area of our room. As if someone had been tied up there. An obvious oversight by the cleaning staff that gave me a very uneasy feeling. The rolling chair to the desk was so stained and disgusting I put it outside just to get it out of our room.……

“The property location is great. We stayed for two nights and had no issues. Super cozy and laid back place. If your looking for fancy, this is not the place. If your looking for a simple place to stay only to sleep and explore during the day, this is a good place. ”

“Wonderful stay. Would like to come back in late Summer. Road to residence takes a while and probably requires 4WD or AWD vehicle if dealing with rain or snow. Breathtaking views though. Everything was clean and was as pictured. 3 snow shovels on site helped. Only complaint was queen sized bed. I’m 6’4 and wife is 5’9.”

“Loved this place! Now my favorite Breckenridge stay. Bed super comfortable, shower has great water pressure, washer and dryer in unit, kitchenette with all you could need, full size fridge, nice couch area and dining room set up. The property is beautiful and hot tub options great! Can’t wait to come back! ”

“We went during seasons so many of the amenities were closed or under maintenance. They do charge a resort fee, but the manager was very accommodating and did reverse the fee because of the situation. Management and front desk were very kind and communicative. Great location to skiing and town.”
