"Booked with Expedia. Hotel wants cash only 1,500 PH peso depsit. They won't take credit card. At checkout, they don't give you your deposit unless ask for it. 15 minutes walk to malls. No ice machine, have to get it at restaurant 1st floor. Air-conditioning is window unit so a bit noisy. Staff were courteous. Beautiful scenery of lake, pool neighborhood homes. Overall it was a bargain. Would come back again. "

"This hotel was clean and the staff was very polite, professional and courteous to our needs. The breakfast buffet was good. There was an adequate amount of choices. We had 2 rooms and they were both clean and spacious. The only thing I would mention is around the pool area. It needed some upkeep in the tiles if the pool and with the heat the addition of some umbrellas for shade would have been greatly appreciated. The location was great as it was close to the festival walk with a lot of shops...

"Stayed in 2 different rooms lefts for a few days for a side trip. First room was awesome. Keep in mind the condo's are owned by different owners so every room is different. The bed and shower in the first room 10/10. This is why I went back. However the 2nd room the bed was a 6/10 shower was a 7/10 the Internet didn't work in either room. "My 3rd stay continued the streak of excellent service from the friendly staff. My room air conditioner was having problems and they fixed quickly. Later in the trip, the air conditioner had further problems so they moved my room. Their responses were fast and appreciated. I know where I’m staying when I’m back in Iloilo in the future. "

"The room is a disappointment. The pungent smell of the drainage in the room near the kitchen greets you as you open the door. The general appearance of the unit is fair. Very used sofa and beddings. The masters bathroom is locked and not usable leaving us with 1 decent full bathroom and a dirty small bathroom in the maid's room which was counted as a 3rd room and is not livable.
