The staff was wonderful and very helpful during check-in, the room was also very nice and clean, the location was right by a bus stop but it was far from the main parts of the city if you're traveling by public transportation.

Clean for the most part, the walls are thin, bed a little hard, not the best lighting. My room was tucked at the end of the hall and I could hear other guests. The bathroom was slightly dirty for my standard. No microwave or steamer for clothes.
Decent enough for just a 1 or 2 night stay, especially if you only plan on staying within the nearby area because the hotel is in an inconvenient spot. 20-30 mins by bus from the nearest stations that can get you Seoul. 45-55mins to the nearest stations that get you to Incheon airport. The subway to each location respectively will take about a little over an hour.

It was very hard to communicate with the older staff since they can’t speak English. Also we always had to request for an extra bath towel (only 1 was given for double sharing). They give hand towel because they say they ran out of bath towels. Very frustrating. We communicate thru google translate.
