“The location of this condo is great, but there are many things that need to be addressed. Cleanliness, updating and maintenance of listed amenities should be corrected. There were real issues with the lock box AND door locks. Both made it very difficult to enter the rental, delaying us. The lock box and both door locks should be replaced ASAP. The place seemed clean initially, but quickly noticed many things that need to be cleaned better. The baseboards are really dirty, there is calcification……

“We loved our stay at Kenny's home in Incline! We were there for our micro-wedding in Tahoe so we needed a rental that was going to accommodate our family and friends. Unfortunately, the jets of the hot tub didn't work during our stay but Kenny called us and tried to get it fixed. It was just a bigger issue that needed parts ordered. Otherwise, everything was great!”

“Our stay was wonderful. The condo is well stocked for a quick two night stay. We did not cook but brought food in. It faces a creak on both sides. Walkways were clean with a bit of iced over snow which was slippery and needed extra caution. I appreciate the management companies communication. We will definitely return.”

“The condo is just as pictured and described. The location is ideal for Diamond Peak, and it's easy to get to other ski resorts and King's Beach. It's fun having the view of the skiers by day and the snowcats at night. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would stay here again.”

“Please read this entire review as I share details that are important to know. As background, we stayed at this property with our family of 6 (kids range from 17 - 10), our dog and my 83 YO MiL. The host is very responsive and flexible. The condo is very quiet. The beds are amazing…the pillows are new. You can tell the owner put effort into making the home comfortable. READ THIS if you ski: This was our first time skiing Diamond Peak (DP). The property is just across the street from the DP……

“The location is great with good view, but the house has many issues. This is the only Tahoe rental that we will never rent again. 1) Interior is very old - lights don't work, blinds are broken, master bath tiles are coming off, towel hanger is coming off the wall, several wires exposed (not sure any of them is hot!). 2) Kitchen - plates/cups are chipped, cookwares are very limited. There is not enough to make a simple family dinner, imo. 3) Hot tub - water was green! 4) Stairs - one of the……

“We had a wonderful stay! The listing was very accurately representative of the condo. Comfy beds and clean. One of the paintings in family room was not hung but secured behind the couch. The dishwasher did not have a steam function so we had to hand dry all washed dishes after it completed its cycle. There was no broom unfortunately but we made do with a vacuum. But overall, a good stay. Had good communication with rental company vacasa when we had questions. Great location! Thanks! Thanks!”
