“Beautiful views! I think we picked the best place that we could in Lake Tahoe. The house was perfect for us. It has everything you need and the most amazing views. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do while there. We hope to come back for a summer season sometime. If we do we will definitely ask about the beach punch cards. The beaches in Incline Village are manned and you need to be a resident of Incline Village to get in there. We asked an attendant and he said that if the owner……

“The location of this condo is great, but there are many things that need to be addressed. Cleanliness, updating and maintenance of listed amenities should be corrected. There were real issues with the lock box AND door locks. Both made it very difficult to enter the rental, delaying us. The lock box and both door locks should be replaced ASAP. The place seemed clean initially, but quickly noticed many things that need to be cleaned better. The baseboards are really dirty, there is calcification……
