“Our room was not completely as requested. I asked for a room with the most handicap accessibility. We were given a room with handicap accessibility, but which had a tub shower with an available chair for in-tub use. I believed that the room was the most handicap accessible one available, since that had been my request, which had been reiterated in person upon checking in. The staff person at that time claimed that the room was the most handicap accessible one available. Upon checking out……

“First vacation as an empty nest couple. The desk lady is nice. The property is nice inside. They allow smoking right outside the door, so the "breeze way" is a deceiver. HOWEVER, the inside smells good.(Smells are a major issue for me as I have hyper senses :/) Bed is a little iffy, but then again most hotels are :) ”
