“The place was great! Stocked with toiletries and food. The beds were comfortable. We only spent one night but had a good stay. April was so nice and when we forgot a laptop behind, she was on it right away. Would stay here again”

“Lovely home. Both dock and deck were wonderful ways to start the day with a cup of coffee watching ducks and eagles and end the day looking at the stars. Bed was comfortable. Shower was amazing, relaxing. Did have some rain so had the opportunity to watch a movie and use the popcorn maker which is an extra added touch. House is well equipped for everything you might need. Thank you for opening your home. Would definitely stay again if ever visiting the "icebox of the country" again!”

“Personally, I only have two things about our stay: I found the mattress to be too firm and the lack of electrical plugs. Due to an injury, I can’t sleep on my left side. I also require a CPAP machine, and the only accessible plug-ins were on the left side of the bed so I did not get a very good night’s sleep. We stayed here again on our return journey but I purchased an extension cord and got a better sleep the second night. We would stay here again but I would definitely bring my extension……

“Great hotel. It is close to the train tracks. But I didn't have any issues with it. Rooms are super comfortable. Hotel has a cool design. It's about a 10 min drive from international falls. Which has plenty of food & a few shops. Bed was soft. Hot water was great. And overall if we're ever in the area again, I would book here. Top floor with the outside hot tub has a view of the lake. ”
