“The location is really close to restaurants and shopping as well as a beautiful Gull Lake view. We gave 3 stars for communication because when we checked in around 6 pm we had a few questions so we texted and called without response. We did get a great response after our stay from the manager who said they would address the issue immediately. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!”

“We were 7 high school friends on a girls weekend. We had a blast in this roomy condo. Lots of space, right on the water with great views. Fire pits were awesome, we rented pontoon and spent the day on the water. When we had a small issue, it was fixed immediately. Everything was fantastic, great value for the money.”

“Bay Colony was an awesome space for our family of four! Very clean, loved being on the water, and it's conveniently close (5 minute drive) to downtown Nisswa! We will definitely be back!”

“We had a great time girls weekend at Bay Colony. We were welcomed with beverages too, which was so nice! I rated this a 4 only due to some updates in the first room needed (missing blind, bathroom grout and door issues). I did report this, but it didn’t make our stay unmanageable. The people upstairs were loud (banging), but not an issue of the property owner at all. Overall, it was a great getaway on the coldest weekend of the winter (fireplace was wonderful)!! Thank you so much for having us!”

“I was happy that I could bring my dog. Loved also having the washer and dryer in our unit. Location of the property was fabulous. Our unit had everything anyone would need for an enjoyable stay.”

“Although the weather did not cooperate. We found plenty to do. The small towns are close enough to go visit. The condo was a great size just to chill out and chat. We enjoyed our time here. Just to get away for awhile with friends and to catch up.”

“We loved our stay in Ironton. We had a wedding in Brainerd and this was a great location. The house was stocked with everything we needed and the outdoor space was so nice to relax and have a bonfire. We loved we could bring our dogs.”

“This is a cute motel. The property was clean and we had excellent communication. We were able to get an early check in when we called which was wonderful. Check in and check out was easy and convenient which doesn’t always happen with motels which have been updated. The walls are paper thin, so if you are a person that needs quiet I would say this is not the place for you. The bathroom was clean but the tub was not updated(think pink). This meant a nice big tub even if it was pink from another……

“Simply delightful! Has everything you would need with beautiful views and amenities. I had to look a few times for “check-in and out” rules and procedures-abd couldn’t find any. I think common sense tells a person to treat the property as if it was your own….and have a wonderful time! Such a nice person to deal with. If this place is available for your time away-I would highly recommend to grab it-you won’t be disappointed!!!!”
