“The communication is quite bad, we didn’t receive the email with the code the we can’t get in the hotel. We call to ask the officer and tried to communicate. No one seems to understand English so we used over 10 minutes to explain and repeat the situation that we are facing. Quite frustrating I’ll said. ”

“My husband and I had an absolutu fantastic stay here for 3 nights - it's the perfect base to explore the island while being located close to Ishigaki centre for great food options and amenities. The swimming pool was a fantastic length to do laps in, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of western and Asian options. Our room was spotless with a beautiful view over the ocean. We will definitely be coming back to stay again! ”
