“Jane was an amazing hostess! The night we arrived, she prepared us tea and delicious strawberry crumpets, it was a lovely gesture after the journey getting to her lovely house. Her breakfasts were wonderful and she was very helpful in helping us decide which hikes/walks to do while on Skye. I cannot recommend this place enough - room was spacious and very clean, good sized bathroom too. Our room had a mini fridge that she stocked daily with some water, pops, etc. Quiet place to stay as well. I……

Checking in was very easy, the property was lovely and clean, the breakfast was exceptional and lovingly cooked in front of us by Jim and Paulline who were very kind and welcoming. We were only on Skye for 72 hours so we'll definitely be coming back and would feel lucky to stay here again next time!”

“It's a super wonderful experience for me and my wife staying here. Ian and Christine are really treating guests with their thoughtful hearts. An attached private lounge for us is a big wow surprise, way beyond our expectations. We enjoyed the comfy bed and delicious breakfast very much! Ian also recommended us some hidden gem locations which we added in our itinerary, it's eye-opening and give us super different experience. We love this place and regretted not booking more days here and look……

“This is a quiet, rural location near the ocean and accessed via single track. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. Comfy bed. Breakfasts were varied and quite good. The hosts are super. You'll have to drive to find dining options but there are many within a 15-minute drive. ”

“I had a view of the sea, which was lovely. The area is really quiet, with some sheep grazing peacefully across the road. Perfect for a country getaway. The breakfast was great, and the hosts were friendly. Would recommend.”

“This was our favourite property in our 3 week visit to Ireland and Scotland. It wasn’t the fanciest but the property felt homey with some added extras that made it just perfect! Our host Joan Anne was exceptionally kind, very helpful, quick with suggestions, and a fantastic cook. Our bed was comfy, bedding luxurious, all amenities were lovely.”

“Stayed in the cabins. They were amazing! Full kitchen and little dining area and couch with a coffee table. Very nice bathroom with large shower and extremely comfortable bed! Best night sleep I had on my trip! Also the restaurant there is really fabulous! And it’s just a quick 10 minute walk to the grocery store and cute shops! Great location and will definitely stay there again. :)”

“We loved our stay here. The picture window looking over the water was beautiful. The cabin was wonderfully simple and yet held all we needed. I had tried to book it for 4 nights but it was only available for 2 when we were there. I would have gladly booked it for all 4 and if we ever return to Skye we will definitely look ahead of time to book all our nights here again. Loved its eco friendliness as well! ”
