“This is good hotel.all so nice.”

“The sound of the refrigerator and air conditioner was so loud that I had to turn off the air conditioner but the quilt was so thin that I was woken up by the cold at night. The refrigerator was noisy but I couldn't turn it off. I went to bed at three in the morning, woke up at six in the morning and slept until about seven. I only slept for more than four hours at night.”

“I needed a place to stay while my son is in the hospital for an extended amount of time. This location was excellent. Had an issue with other people not cleaning their dishes in the common area, but the owner took care of the cleaning the next day. Very quiet. Walkable to restaurants, grocery stores, AnyTime Fitness, Seattle U field stadium, tennis courts, and Swedish hospital. Highly recommend staying here. ”

“Great spot in Seattle. Close to everything. Apartment well equipped and spotless. You need to be able to climb the ladder up to bed but we are in our 60’s and managed it. Walkable to the cruise terminal. Fast WiFi. Eating options nearby but they close fairly early. Nothing not to like.”

“The place was very clean and comfortable. We found plenty of pillows and blankets. We stayed here for 2 days, 3 adults. The location is very centralized. We were able to walk to the pier for our embarkation day. The communication was great previous arriving day. Once in the location, I never heard from the owner again. I texted when arrived and once on the ship once gone. I got no responses, nor the code for the door so we could get in the building. I would still rent again.”

“Cute little place. Provided a keurig but only had tea. No big deal just noting. Bathroom lighting is not great. Heating is hot as hades or cold. Hard to find happy medium with baseboard heat but to be expected. If you’re parking an SUV, plan to finagle your way out. Overall, I was happy with this unit.”

“Clean and reliable place to stay. We really appreciate having so much space, big windows, a desk dining table for working on our laptops, and a full kitchen. The building is older so there's definitely quirks, but we continue booking our stays here. Appreciate the secure entrance. Metropolitan market right across the street is great for their hot bar, coffee, groceries, etc. Great restaurants nearby. Host is very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. The room we were assigned……

The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, there are plenty of outdoor spots to hang out, not to mention quick drives to downtown, and the views of passing ferries and seals never got old :)”
