“Excellent place nice, quit & every things in this hotel are new. Also all the staff in front desk & other employee were very helpful with best service , some of them speak English. Excellent to stay with most things you need in the room with some kitchen supplies, however the location is very far from center of Istanbul. “This is perfect place if you visiting istanbul for Tuypa center which is around 10 minutes drive, or 30mins walk. It has ample local restaurants to choice from , I could not find a restaurant which sells alcohol with food , but you can be purchased from very limited numbers of off licenses and consumer in the apartment, also has 'File 'supermarket and others local indpendant shops around. Mohammed is really friendly and can't help you enough. Check out the indoor pool, gym, sauna and steam room……

“The flat was nice, spacious, well-furnished and had beautiful massive windows (lots of sunlight). The washing machine was very handy to have. However, it could have been cleaner (there was dust on the floor [clean but as if not cleaned recently or cleaned but not thoroughly & small square pillows in bedroom were disgusting - yellowish from peoples' sweat). A drawback is that there is no sound proof and it is easy to get distracted by noises from the street. Also, there was no tissues at all……

“Die Unterkunft liegt direkt gegenüber einer Schule, mit einer sehr lauten Schulklingel (Musik), das geht ab morgens ca. 07.00 Uhr los, da die Fenster nicht so gut sind, ist da nicht viel mit ausschlafen. Die Anbindung von dort ist eigentlich ziemlich gut, man hat auch alles in der Nähe was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. In dem Appartement waren einige Sachen beschädigt, wie Schuhschrank, Spülmaschinenklappe, Sofa. Es gab keinen Tisch auf dem Balkon, der Stand kaputt hinter der……

“I was checked in to a nearby hotel by the Celebi residence team called Oriella hotel even though my reservation was with them ! The room i got lacked basic amenities and it was so old and nit cleaned well with a lot of voice problems. The bathroom was inside the room itself therefore if we were 2 persons we would have no privacy at all. The reception team is weak in communication and if you say hi or good mroning most of the times they will pretend not to hear you. They did put nescafe and water……
