“The staff is helpful and comfortable stay”

“A well decorated chateau! As a historical heritage, the chateau is well maintained and there is a floor of common area that is decorated in the traditional French style. Basically like a museum and we managed to take many beautiful photo there. Rooms are well decorated with the classic French style. Staff is very helpful and nice, food in the restaurant is also very tasty with reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.”

“We like the staffs, they are very helpful. Nice bars and pool. However, the location is very far to the city. It takes a half hour to go to the city and the Ubar / taxi price is quite high in that area, So be careful. Also, nothing much around that area. ”

“交通有8路公車到市區。走路也還好。我們當成運動。有廚房。可惜櫃檯服務人員面無表情太過冷淡。不過住過幾家好像都是這樣。 以後不會再去也不推薦朋友去。 浴室小。千萬不要忘記自備盥洗用品。”

“Highly recommend for people who need to catch early flight! Staffs are very kind and friendly. If you have problems, they try to help you! Also the shuttle to airport is very convenient! The room was clean and comfortable! The only thing could be improved is I can hear people talking on the phone who live next to my room and also when people left and made some noise on the corridor.”

“it was really bad as there was no instruction for the late check in guests. for instance, they did not provide the password for the locker for the room key. they only provided a number to call but not every traveller has the sim card to call！they could do a lot better if they were considerate to stand at the viewpoint of the guests. and it is very difficult to reach on foot. and they do not provide hairdryer”

“房間小而乾淨，除了浴缸內有一些不明的清潔劑未沖洗乾淨，其他都很好。空調跟台灣的不同，好像只有送風，請服務人員來查看，他們表示是正常的，睡到半夜才被冷醒。房內有熱水壺跟茶包。”

“Tout était parfait lors de notre séjour. Un joli domaine avec un bel extérieur, de grandes chambres confortables, une salle de bain spacieuse et rénovée, un bon petit déjeuner et un accueil chaleureux. Nous n'avons trouvé qu'un petit défaut : l'absence de rideau ou volet sur la fenêtre de la salle de bain (notre salle de bain n'ayant pas de porte, nous avons été réveillés un peu trop tôt par la lumière du jour). ”
