“A good location but be aware that the nearest metro station close at night so if you want to go clubbing be walk a little more. Milan Retreats has a strong support if you have any question about the room and the city. Also recommendations and information are given so well. You can ask question even in midnight, this is a really good thing about this place. But one thing is that the hot water was finished in the period we lived, we have to wait for 1 hour of the hot water. But nothing worst.……

“Nice apartment and friendly staff. Good location, most sights can be reached on foot like colosseum, Termini train station, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. The surrounding was quiet and convenient, you can easily find supermarkets, bus stop, restaurants. The apartment had towels, shampoo, and washing machine. We were asked to clean the dishes and throw the garbage ourselves. Overall, we like our stay in Rome.”

“雖然飯店大門外觀有遭人塗鴉看起來不是很美觀，但內部還算乾淨，門口就是地鐵出口也很便利，附近也有大型超市可以購買食材，櫃台服務人員也很友善，不過櫃檯的服務時間偏短，比較不利於check in/ check out需要找人溝通，而check out後的寄放行李可能需要加強管理，此次雖然行李並沒有遺失東西，但寄放過程中，櫃台人員並沒有一直監看，也沒有提供領取憑證，會讓人擔心有很高遺失風險”

“The property was beautiful, quiet, and safe. The rooms were in immaculate condition. Property staff communication was excellent. We appreciated the free shuttle service to nearby restaurants which were also amazing. The only criticism was the limited hot water for the shower. Our favorite part of the stay was the restaurant attached to the property. The breakfast was exceptional every morning. What really made it special was the wait staff though. Mimo and Luigi in particular were so kind,……

“Excellent conditions and super nice and helpful staffs. Well equipped kitchen including dish washing machine. Big size room with washing/drying machine which is great for me. The air conditioner only work in warm mode because of the winter setting, that make us too hot especially during the sleep. ”

“The environment of the room is Dimly lit, the hotel room have two parts, one part is inside the reception, one part is the other side, I am living the other side part, the location of this is difficult to find.”

“屋內還算乾淨，但洗澡淋浴機乎只有出熱水沒有冷水，燙到沒辦法洗，水很小，兩間房都一樣。”

“Laura and the rest of the staff were so helpful. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable. Perfect location. ”

“入住前幾日已經不停問我甚麽時間到，由email隔左一陣就直接whatapp 我，因為太遲要另外收費，都明白嘅，本身2:00 check in，咁我同佢講下午3:00會到，但當我去到時上到房時，職員原來還未清潔好，還問我幾點會Check out，咁我答朝早8:00，然後職員要多半小時左右先清潔完，我都算了，等一等，咁到第二日中午我問職員會否有人來清潔，結果到當晚冇人回覆，毛巾唯有用回前一晚，算了，到第二日我離開時都沒人回應我，咁我就whatsapp番職員，結果我回港後4日後都沒人回覆我，只顯示係兩個　✅，已讀不回，其實我都只係要覆一個ok啫，其實不用煩不用錢的”

“分配到的房型似乎跟我原本預定的有點出入，但住處離地鐵站很近，入住前屋主有email聯絡，所以即使我們抵達的時間較晚，沒有人安排check in，但入住過程一切順利。唯一不解的是，屋主額外收了我們35歐元的清潔費，原本訂房時沒有註明有這筆費用。”
