"Amazing stay! All the staff were very kind and helpful. We got the double with the bigger bathtub on the balcony. The room was very clean and spacious. There's beautiful garden in the bottom floor which was perfect for a night stroll after dinner. The kaiseki dinner was good. The breakfast buffet was amazing. There's also a shuttle that takes you to hook station. "

"5 minutes walk from Souzan station, place was quiet with 2 onsens. Onsen are rotated every 12 hours. Kaiseki styled Dinner and breakfast were provided as there is very limited food option in Hakone area and most public transport end at 5pm"

"We had the best experience, started as soon as we arrived at the hotel until we left. Food was great, had a private hot spring room everyday. Initially we were concerned about convenience of transportation. Hotel stuff sent and picked us up from nearby places and bus stops. The only less than perfect thing is the weather, raining everyday during our stay. But it gives the perfect reason and motivation to come back. "This hotel is located right on the water and we loved the ocean views, and (when we opened the window) the sound of the waves breaking. Very peaceful and beautiful. The onsen baths were large and pleasantly hot, with water that was clear and gave a nice feeling. "
