“This stay was just what our family needed. Enjoyed plenty of time relaxing by the pool with our kids and dog. Also, we were close enough to the beach, but not too close. The bikes were a huge plus to have so that we did not have to deal with parking when going to the beach or restaurants. Owner was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.”

“We stayed at Seaspray Condos. Hosts :Bart, Jeff & Sue. This was the perfect place for a Home away from home. Clean, Tidy and Chill vibes from the furnishings to the Beachfront view. Fully stocked & furnished kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathrooms and porch( Beach ready items). We Absolutely love this place!!! . Thank you very much for making our Anniversary stay special!!!”

“Location, location, location! This property was directly on the water with private beach access, private pool, and is close to everything! The space was spacious, clean, nicely decorated and is PERFECT for a couple. I wouldn't recommend for a family, but it was exactly what my husband and I wanted. The Murphy bed was super easy to set up and very comfy. The host was very responsive, had all the basic necessities provided - even a surprise bottle of wine (& wine opener). We cannot wait to return!”

“Stayed for my daughter's pinning ceremony and graduation from UNF; my wife youngest daughter and mother in law. PERFECT location, nice layout with plenty of privacy for all four of us (wife and i were on top floor, everyone else on second floor with their own rooms.) Short walk to beach access, plenty of stores and restaurants around, Short drive to UNF or downtown. Will definitely stay here again whenever i am in town.”

“Great apartment very close to the beach and restaurants. Exactly as you see in the pictures. Well equipped. It is nice to have a small view of the ocean from the balcony. Master bedroom does not have a shower, so we used it as half bath. It was also nice to have 2 parking spots, but the spaces are very narrow, so it is difficult to park a bigger car. Overall, great place for vacation and great communication and instructions from the owners. We enjoyed our stay.😊”

“We were at check in at 3pm the place was still being cleaned which was a little bothersome but all and all it was clean and nice and peaceful we enjoyed it and would indeed stay again .”

“Overall a really nice stay with great AC and communication from the owner. Very understanding and was quick to answer calls even at later hours. Everything was clean and organized in a way where it made everything seem a bit bigger. A few minutes drive to the beach. Overall a great stay”

“The condo looks like it was recently renovated, it is very nice, clean and comfortable. The beach access was fantastic, we walked the beach everyday. The sunporch was awesome! The doors slid all the way back, allowing us to sit out there day or night. I would book again!”

“This 2 bedroom condo is in a central location for Jax Beach and more. The view is undeniably beautiful. Master BR and updated bath are awesome. 2nd bed and bath very comfortable. Kitchen has modern amenities and well stocked with the basics. The patio overlooking the ocean is the place to be. Coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again.”

“Margaritaville was so much fun to stay at! The room was clean, spacious, on the beach, employees were very friendly and made sure your stay was great! They had valet parking in the covered garage, so it was nice and convenient to have that for my business trip! They do also have parking in the outside lot as first come first serve, but i really liked the valet! Perfect weekend vacation! ”
