“Right on the beach, clean, great staff”

“The team was wonderful, I had forgotten to request no feather pillows (due to allergy) once I arrived in my room at 11 pm they kindly brought me pillows. The next day the breakfast options were better than I expected with breakfast potatoes, a build your own waffle station, meats and even had a gluten free bagel for GF sensitive. The pool was great and the beach was right there. Also loved the staff at the beach bar”

“Everything was very nice, Starbucks sold in the morning doesn’t do blended cold drinks (fraps). Breakfast bar is good, good quality ingredients. A little more on the expensive side. Kitchen staff and bartender were very kind. Cleaning staff ladies were kind. Will be booking here every time I’m in town! ”

“Reuben at the front desk was very professional and kind. The room initially smelled a little bad but after telling front desk and upon returning after work, the room was clean and fresh. Amazing view and very relaxing. ”

“The property charged my debit card a safety deposit of $100 and did not tell me how long it will take for the money to be reimbursed back to my card, which is important for those of us who need to know daily how much is in our account. They need to tell visitors how much they are taking for security deposit and let the guest know exactly WHEN the money will be back on the card, rather than not telling the guest how much they were charging the card (2 charges of $50) and the lady did not say……

“The sandcastle villa was very well situated close to the beach. The restaurants on property were very good. ”

“Clean bedding and room and comfy and love the river front balcony other than no chairs! Had to ask 3 times to get chairs and then they were “old style kitchen chairs!” So weird but the staff is very nice . The main part of hotel needs attention for sure . Dirty carpets all through hotel floors outside the rooms . Dirt old looking elevators . Very nice staff though! ”

“I had to pay for valet parking 35.00 a night X 3 days the booking agent from Expedia didn’t tell me that and I didn’t see it listed in the description of the property. They only had valet so I had to pay it and it was not in my budget. ”

“Lack of staff for check in. Some noise from next room. It was tidy but could use some dusting and attention in restroom behind toilet on floor and corners of shower. Liked the ease of access from travel, and shuttle options to airport were a great bonus. Will likely stay again”
