"The palace itself is stunning. However, service is poor. Breakfast ends at 9:30. We had to rush for the breakfast. Breakfast was really bad. Burnt, dried and stale. No tissue paper, no hair dryer, no iron. I have never seen a toilet paper role that thin. Hot water takes forever to mix. Most of the time, internet doesn’t work."

"Ours was a family outing, the stay was comfortable one with proper sevice extended. The hotel has very limited options for vegetarian meals which needa to be considered while planning your stay. The rooms has attractive traditional asthetics which has high appeal. The newly built wing has better room than the old wiing. The staft is supportive and gives service with smile. "One of the most charming places my friend and I stayed on our trip in March! Rooms are beautifully designed and clean. The rooftop is lovely and has a nice view, and the breakfast was delicious. We had dinner elsewhere but at night the rooftop is hopping! Owners were so sweet and accommodating. A highlight of our stay!"
