The toilet smells when the door is opened. The shower gel holder is broken and unusable. AC blower is noisy as well as the noise from window. The only thing good is the friendliness from the staff.

Tried to save a little money but bad attitudes at this hotel obvious. Check-in guy 7/30/19 at 23:30 acted condescending. Girls at reception next morning nice though. Would of been better off paying the little extra and booking at Di'Prima hotel nearby instead, getting decent breakfast and a whole lot more besides. Saving the extra $10 USD was not worth it and Swift Inn got the last laugh on bit of savings. Checking in, the guy who was at the reception with "care less" demeanor not smiling acting like it was big hassle for us to use hotel airport shuttle service. Apparently this "shuttle" is only 3 times in the morning. Hotel advertises its shuttle service like its a real big perk, but don't take them seriously. Ended up taking a cab instead of putting the hotel out for their ridiculous shuttle service that didn't seem like it wanted to run anyway. Breakfast was a big joke, as all you get is some rice and a tiny bowel of soup,and for one person only, not two. Lady in restaurant saying "that's all we get." When first asked what breakfast she replies with lack of intelligent look and blurts out "bread." My wife complained and they finally brought out another bowl of soup. But hardly any food to eat so don't pay extra for breakfast as you will go hungry here anyway. King size bed was just 2 single beds pushed together. Had to squeeze into tiny bathroom, as room was so small, door hit bed when entering. Air Conditioner worked, but not really that cool. Will not return here again.

Staff behind your back since you check in when uou

Booked for 24 hrs when reached hotel was told hotel is transit hotel and my booking for 8 hrs so I need to check out after 8 hrs after I check in so had to go out all day waste time and when back then checked In don’t even give you grace period like other hotels for extra hr start calling your room that you want to check out if not if extra time will be charged so rude and unprofessional being in hospitality industry

Clean simple hotel. Excellent service from staff. Would definitely recommend to others. Breakfast daily is quite good.

Not as nice as the pictures, the room Is very small, but it’s so cheap to spend a few hours waiting for a flight. The neighborhood also has a lot of food and facilities next door. The “free shuttle” is only available in the morning. It’s also a full 30 min ride to the airport terminal, despite how close it is.

It was very humid inside. Clearly the AC had not been on for at long time before check-in. Furthermore, not really clean. Lastly, the promised airport shuttle only went every 90 mins so not really useful. Be aware that it's an almost 30 mins. drive between the airport and the hotel.
